Among the products that have a general or standard shipping service, we must highlight two assumptions:

- Removal of belongings:COLCHONESAZNAR has an equipment removal service of € 12 per order. The carrier, in addition to delivering the purchased products, will remove the old ones. The delivery time of the products may be increased by the following circumstances:
- Custom or custom orders: in this case we will inform the client of the delivery time in writing and individually.

No deliveries are made in Formentera and Menorca with a specialized agency. The delivery time by specialized agency in the Balearic Islands is 30 days.
If the delivery date cannot be met, we will inform you before the order leaves our facilities, having the possibility to continue with the order with the new delivery date or to cancel the order with a refund of the price paid by you, in the in case it has been so.
If the order could not be delivered due to special circumstances in your delivery area and we have not been informed of this by you, you can cancel the order, but the transport costs generated by the return and the upholstery of the products will be your responsibility.
- Special circumstances of your own home: COLCHONESAZNAR has for sale bulky products that may have difficult access to your farm or to your own home.

The transport company will not make deliveries at height, that is, by building facades or interior patios, nor will they use any pulley system to place the order in the building or in the home itself. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the items can be installed. It is also the customer's responsibility to check that the items to be removed can be made without using the façade or interior patios. If the order could not be delivered due to special circumstances of delivery of your home and we have not been informed of it by you, you can cancel the order, but the transport costs generated by the return and the upholstery of the products will be at your expense. .
The order will be given as delivered when you receive it at your home address. The reception of the same supposes the acceptance. Carriers will usually need the signature of the person who receives the order, this being valid to give the order as delivered.

- COLCHONESAZNAR extends the term from 14 to 100 days giving you an exceptional satisfaction guarantee. COLCHONESAZNAR gives you an additional period of 100 days to make changes to the mattresses received and indicated in the online store with the 100-night trial stamp. In this case the mattress may be open and have been used. This guarantee will apply from 1 to 100 days from the receipt of your mattress. Remember that here you do not have the possibility to cancel the order but to make a change for another product / s of the same nature and size of the website. In this case, the return costs will be at your expense (For more information, click here).
After 100 days from the receipt of the order, we will not accept changes or returns, unless the products have a manufacturing defect. If this is the case, the warranty period of each of the products will be applicable, which can be seen in the file of each one on the website. Remember that if you make use of the satisfaction guarantee, the exchange mattress that we send you will not have the right of withdrawal, even if it is perfectly packaged.
You can try all our mattresses without the plastic that surrounds them for 100 days, if it does not satisfy you, you can choose to change the mattress for another model of the same size. The costs of this service are charged to the client and are detailed in the changes or returns section.

All mattresses, bed bases, upholstered bases and other rest productsthat you have available in COLCHONESAZNAR may have a tolerance of +/- 3 cm due to the materials with which they are made. This tolerance can be more than 3cm or less than 3cm and it can be given in both width, length and thickness. A loss of 3cm in the height of the mattress is considered within normality, as well as the fact that a mark may remain after the rest. The mattresses can also have a loss of firmness in their use of 20% of the initial values. In these cases, returns will not be accepted.
Latex mattressesThey may not be placed on upholstered bases, covered couches, or any other surface that does not allow perspiration. Nor can mattress protectors be used to prevent proper ventilation.
Exact size mattresses will have a width and length tolerance of +/- 3cm.
Memory foam mattressesThey can be used both with a slatted base and with an upholstered base. If other types of supports are used such as bathtubs, tatami mats, or any other, their ventilation must be taken care of as much as possible, since on these surfaces the correct aeration of the mattress is prevented and moisture stains may appear that will not be covered by the warranty.
The guarantee of our mattresses will be void if the support used is a spring base, as it is not compatible with our products.
The folding couchesof COLCHONESAZNAR will only exert their opening function with the mattress placed on top. Do not try to lower the cover / box spring without first placing the mattress as it will not work and could break the hydraulics system.
The articulated bed basesThey must be in a flat position to operate the articulation system, and with the mattress and sleeper lying down. Do not try to operate the articulation mechanism without having followed the instructions that we indicate, as irreparable damage could occur. All COLCHONESAZNAR products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. To find out the guarantee time period, you must go to each product file where we inform you of the validity period of the guarantee against manufacturing defects.
If the return is motivated by the receipt of a defective product due to transport or manufacturing defects, then the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract will be absolutely free for the customer. This includes shipping costs and the cost of labor and materials. MattressesAznarIt will respond to the lack of conformity that could manifest itself within a maximum period of two years from the delivery of the product. The user client, for his part, must inform ColchonesAznarof the lack of conformity within two months of being aware of it.
The client must document his claim to firstname.lastname@example.org or by any other legally valid means, attaching photos or videos of the cited defects. Not using the original packaging may cause a depreciation of the good that will be analyzed in the exchange or return process.
Promotions or discounts that the initial order may have had, nor any other promotion that is in force at the time of the change, will not apply to product changes.

- If the price of the new chosen product is lower, COLCHONESAZNAR will pay you the difference.
- If the price of the new product chosen is higher, you must pay the difference so that we can make the change.
- You can change the mattress for one of the same nature and size. Not using the original packaging may cause a depreciation of the good that will be analyzed in the exchange or return process.
- The transport of the change or return within the first 14 calendar days of its receipt is your account being € 50 (per product) in any mattress change or return in mainland Spain and € 70 (per product) for Portugal, always that the products are in their original packaging and have not been used.
- Exceptional satisfaction guarantee: The cost of the exchange, in this case, within the first 100 calendar days of receipt,if the mattress has been unpacked and / or usedIt will be € 100 (per product) for changes in Peninsular Spain and € 120 (per product) in Portugal. We want you to know that the mattress that we collect for you returns to our facilities and is donated for free. The COLCHONESAZNAR satisfaction guarantee is contemplated only for mattresses, with the exception of handmade mattresses. All other articles on the website are excluded.
Remember that if you make use of the satisfaction guarantee, the exchange mattress that we send you will not have the right of withdrawal, even if it is perfectly packaged.
In the event that the change has been accepted by COLCHONESAZNAR, we will give you written instructions via email of how you have to prepare the mattress so that the carrier can remove it. The collection of the product will be made by the transport company and it is the customer's responsibility that this can be done without incident and on the ground floor of the building.
MattressesAznarwill return all amounts received, including delivery shipping costs within 14 calendar days, using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and as long as the consumer does not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement, however, if the consumer is the one who returns the good, MattressesAznarwill retain the reimbursement according to the following conditions that are met first: (a) Until the goods are received, (b) Until the consumer presents a proof of return of the good as proof of a legal transport company hired for that purpose.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, if you are contracting as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract except in those cases in which the law itself indicates that due to the specialty of the product or for certain reasons, including hygiene, it explicitly excludes the possibility of withdrawal. COLCHONESAZNAR informs you that you can cancel the order before it leaves our facilities according to the following conditions:
- If the order is canceled without being manufactured and therefore COLCHONESAZNAR has not incurred any expense, you will be paid the amount paid, in the case of having paid all or part of it. Or the order will be canceled without any payment in cases where you have not made any money disbursement.
- If your order has been canceled and COLCHONESAZNAR has already manufactured it, we will pay you the amount less the fabrics used in its manufacture. Not included in our warranty
- Defects due to improper use, bad storage, dirt, use of force, damage by water or fire, excessive loads, humidity or stains on the mattress, use of chemical products, or repairs carried out by third parties.
- Use of the mattress without a suitable base, deformed or in poor condition.
- Holes, stains in the fabric, loose threads, or other similar imperfections resulting from the use of the good.
- The tolerances with respect to the measurements of length, width, and thickness that will admit variations of +/- 3 cm. We will not accept returns for slight variations in measurement.
- From the beginning of the use of the mattress there is a normal settlement of the internal layers that oscillates between + 0 / -3 (standard UNE-EN 1334: 1996). This totally normal circumstance does not give the right to repair or compensation.
Rules of use
- Latex, memory foam, or foam mattresses are capable of being folded and rolled, without this affecting in any way their qualities, characteristics or performance. - Do not jump or stand on the mattress.
- Bending the corners of the mattress can be detrimental to mattresses that are not susceptible to rolling.
- A base in poor condition will damage your mattress.
- It is advisable to keep the mattress clean and protected from moisture and external agents with a cover.
- It is important and recommended to use a base, mattress or sofa from the same house and of the same size as the mattress.
- It is convenient to change the position of the mattress once a month, turning from head to toe and from head to toe (in those mattresses that can be done). Latex mattresses must also be turned upside down and upside down. Do not perform this action on single-sided memory foam mattresses. We recommend this practice to use the entire mattress base at rest.
