The cost of the transport of material collection is the responsibility of the consumer. In both cases, return or exchange, the expenses caused by the transport will be paid by the client. These costs are determined in the general conditions of Colchones Aznar .

In the case of changing the mattress model, Colchones Aznar informs you that:

  • If the price of the chosen one is lower, Colchones Aznar will pay you the difference in price.
  • If the price is higher, you will have to pay the difference yourself so that we can make the change.

Remember that the costs caused by the transport will always be your charge.

The main objective of Colchones Aznar is that you obtain the adequate and desired rest. All changes will be made following the conditions mentioned.

Remember that if you make use of the satisfaction guarantee, the new mattress that we deliver to you will not have the right of withdrawal, even if it is perfectly packed.

How much are the transport costs for an exchange or return?


Whenever a return occurs, it must be made within the first 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. The cost of transport is € 50 when returning a mattress in mainland Spain and € 150 when it is in the Balearic Islands or Andorra, as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been used.

Within 100 days after receiving the mattress, if it has been opened, you can only exercise your right to exchange it. The cost of the mattress change service in this case is:

  • Mattresses € 100 for mainland Spain and € 150 for the Balearic Islands and Andorra.

Only mattresses that are not of special measures, the upholstered base offer and the bed bases have the right of withdrawal.

How should I formalize my intention to make an exchange or return?

From this department they will inform you of the steps to take to complete the exchange or return according to our general conditions.

Colchones Aznar return all the amounts it has received, including the shipping costs of the delivery within 14 calendar days, using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and as long as the consumer does not incur any expenses as a result of the refund, however, if the consumer is the one who returns the good, Colchones Aznar will retain the refund according to the following conditions that are met first: (a) Until receive the goods, (b) Until the consumer presents proof of return of the good as proof of a legal transport company hired for that purpose.
