- Single size (90x190,90x200,105x190 and 105x200):
If you sleep alone, this is the most common measurement, 90 cm wide x 190/200 cm long. In addition, in Spain there is a slightly higher measurement standard for single beds: 105 cm wide x 190/200 cm long.
- Double or double size (135x190 and 135x200):
This used to be the standard size in couple's rooms. Today this size has changed for co-sleepers as they rested too tightly.
It is also perfect for many people who, although they sleep alone, prefer to do so in a larger space, or for couples with small rooms. The dimensions are 135 cm wide x 190/200 centimeters long.
