Breathable upholstered base

The upholstered base gives the mattress extra firmness.

Choosing a suitable base for the mattress will allow us better comfort and lengthen the life of the mattress by up to 35%.

Benefits of the breathable upholstered base

  • Corrugated board for greater resistance, hygiene and dimensional stability.
  • Unlike conventional upholstered bases, corrugated board is less heavy and easier to move than chipboard.
  • In addition, it is a more elastic material than wood, so it is quieter, better withstands blows and deformations and prevents fabric breakage at the edges.
  • Finally, its great breathability prevents the appearance of moisture stains or tears due to excessive dryness.
  • Silent, robust and breathable.
  • The breathable upholstered base has six threaded legs with special support at the bottom to avoid scratching the floor.

Characteristics

  • Reinforced metal structure in steel tube with 5 cross bars, to ensure greater resistance of the rest equipment.
  • Upper upholstery with non-slip 3d fabric to prevent displacement in the mattress.
  • Lower upholstery with 70 gr / m2 polypropylene non-woven fabric.
