Delivery services can be:

9. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract during a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any costs, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the referred text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
The withdrawal implies that, Colchones Aznar will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment.
During this period, the consumer will communicate to the entrepreneur his decision to withdraw from the contract by filling out the form at the end of this document and sending it to the email address of Colchones Aznar.
Mattresses Aznar will notify the consumer on a durable medium of receipt of said withdrawal.
In order to return a product, it is essential that it is in perfect condition and with its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used.

The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.
In general and prior to formalizing the purchase of the product, Colchones Aznar informs the consumer of the shipping costs that he/she will have to pay in case of return or choose to return it/them by his/her own means. The cost of transport for the return of new and originally packaged products would be:
- Mattresses: 50 euros per unit
- Upholstered Base: 50 euros per unit
- Bed bases: 50 euros per unit
- Bed linen and pillows: 12 euros per unit
- Crib toppers and mattresses: 30 euros per unit
Mattresses Aznar extends the return period from 14 days to 100 days on products listed in the online store with a 100-night trial seal. In this case, the mattress may be open and have been used. After 100 days Mattresses Aznar will not accept changes or returns, except for products that have manufacturing defects.
The user will be able to try all mattresses with the 100-night trial seal indicated in our online store without the plastic that wraps them. If in the end the user decides to opt for another model of the same size, the shipping costs will be borne by the user.
If the satisfaction guarantee is used, the exchange mattress sent by Colchones Aznar will not have the right of withdrawal. Only the following measurements include a satisfaction guarantee: 90x90 / 90x200 / 105x190 / 135x190 / 150x190 / 150x200 / 160x200 / 180 x 200 .
In the event that you exercise the satisfaction guarantee, Colchones Aznar informs you of:
- If the price of the new product chosen is of a lower amount, Colchones Aznar will pay the difference.
- If the price of the new product chosen is higher, the consumer must pay the difference in order to make the change.
- The mattress can be exchanged for one of the same type and size. Failure to use the original packaging may cause a depreciation of the item, which will be analyzed in the exchange or return process.
- Exceptional satisfaction guarantee. The cost of the exchange, in this case, within 100 calendar days of receipt, will be:
or 100 euros per product, if the mattress has been unpacked and/or used for mainland Spain,
or 120 euros per product, if the mattress has been unpacked and/or used for Portugal or the Islands.
The satisfaction guarantee of mattresses Aznar It is intended only for MATTRESSES, with the exception of handmade mattresses (all other items on the website are excluded)
If the change is accepted by Colchones Aznar, the consumer will be given written instructions via email on how to prepare the mattress so that the carrier can pick it up. The product will be collected by the transport company and it will be the consumer's responsibility to ensure that this can be done without incident and on the ground floor of the building.
If the consumer is the one who returns the product by their own means, Colchones Aznar will retain the refund under the following conditions:

9.1 CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
Mattresses Aznar informs the consumer that he/she may cancel the order before it leaves our facilities, subject to the following conditions:
- If the order is cancelled without it being manufactured and therefore Mattresses Aznar has not incurred any expenses, the consumer will be reimbursed the amount paid, in the event that all or part of the same has been paid, or the order will be cancelled without any payment in cases where payment (total or partial) has not been made by the consumer.
- If the order you want to cancel has already been manufactured by Colchones Aznar, this will pay the amount paid deducting the amount of the fabrics used for its manufacture.
- If the order to be cancelled has already been shipped, in addition to deducting the amount for the fabrics used in its manufacture, the shipping costs incurred, both for the shipment and the return of the merchandise, will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the consumer.

– Defects due to improper use, poor storage, dirt, use of force, water or fire damage, excessive loads, moisture or stains on the mattress, use of chemical products or repairs carried out by third parties.
– Using a mattress without a suitable base, one that is deformed or in poor condition.
– Holes, stains on the fabric, loose threads, or other similar imperfections resulting from misuse of the item.
– Tolerances regarding length, width and thickness measurements will allow for variations of +/- 3 cm. Returns will not be accepted for slight variations in measurement.
– From the start of use of the mattress, a normal settling of the internal layers occurs, which ranges between +0/-3 (UNE-EN 1334:1996 standard). This circumstance is completely normal and does not entitle you to any repair or compensation.
Rules for use of the products:
- Latex, memory foam or foam mattresses can be folded and rolled up, without affecting their qualities, characteristics or performance. Products must be opened the day after receipt. Mattresses Aznar will not be held liable if this premise is not followed for any damage or change in the characteristics of the product.
- Do not jump or stand on the mattress.
- Folding the corners of the mattress can be harmful on mattresses that cannot be rolled.
- A base in poor condition will damage the mattress
- It is advisable to keep the mattress clean and protected from moisture and external agents with a cover.
- It is important and advisable to use a base, bed base or box spring from the same brand and of the same size as the mattress.
- It is advisable to change the position of the mattress once a month, turning it from head to foot and from foot to head (in those mattresses where this can be done). Latex mattresses should also be turned from top to bottom and from bottom to top. Do not do this on one-sided memory foam mattresses. Aznar recommends this practice to use the entire base of the mattress while resting.
In the case of durable products, the consumer will have the right to adequate technical service and the availability of spare parts for a minimum of 3 years from the date on which the product is no longer manufactured, without the price of the spare parts being increased when used for repairs.

11. RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
